Breakfast Super Smoothie

Yields: 2 Ingredients:
  • Handful of ice
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup of seedless orange, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, plain or blueberry
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 1 cup frozen banana, sliced
  • Milk or water
Directions:
  1. Blend dates and walnuts until they are no longer chunky
  2. Place the rest of the ingredients in a blender and mix well, making sure to chop up the ice as well
  3. Add milk or water to desired consistency

Raspberry Rise & Shine

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chilled orange juice
  • 1/2 cup non-fat raspberry yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
Directions:
  1. Add ingredients together and blend at high speed until smooth

Strawberry Sunrise

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend at high speed until smooth
  2. Add honey for desired sweetness

Delicious Daybreak

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp granola (optional)
Directions:
  1. Add orange juice, yogurt, strawberries and cantaloupe into blender; pulse until combined
  2. Add banana and blend at high speed until smooth
  3. Add granola for more fiber

Blueberry Beginnings

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 1/2 cup non-fat blueberry yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
  1. Pour ingredients into blender and blend at high speed until smooth

Desert Date Smoothie

Yields: 7 Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup date pieces
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces
  • 1/3 cup milk powder
  • 2 cup frozen, sliced bananas
  • 2 cup ice
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla/maple extract (optional)
Directions:
  • Blend half of the recipe at a time
  1. Grind the nuts and dates
  2. Add all the other ingredients until the mixture is thick and smooth

Peanut Butter Banana-Rama

Yields: 2 Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, fat free
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 5 ice cubes
Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
